The Garden Route Golf Passport

The 2010/2011 Summer Garden Route Golf Passport purchased is non-transferable, non-refundable and only valid from 1 November 2010 - 14 April 2011.

The passport can be purchased by both affiliated and non-affiliated golfers.  You do not have to be a member of a golf club to take advantage of this offer.

The rules and regulations of each course will apply as and when the Passport Holders plays the relevant course.

The Garden Route Golf Passport is a product of Forty Two Developments (PTY) Ltd. Hereafter refered to as Forty-Two.

Only the person/s (hereafter referred to as the "Passport Holder/s") stipulated on the confirmation letter of the Golf Passport may use the Garden Route Golf Pass.

All Golf Courses (hereafter collectively referred to as the "Supplier") listed on the website are contractually bound with Forty-two to offer one free entry to passport holders.

Forty-two have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that only properly run and reputable Suppliers of good standing are within the Garden Route Golf Passport, nevertheless, the passport holder accepts that Forty-Two shall not be liable for any deficiencies in service, quality of merchandise or the health and safety of passport holders at any particular golf course or in respect of the supply of services by any Supplier.

The Passport Holder indemnifies Forty-Two, its members, directors, employees and agents and persons for whom it is vicariously liable against all and any claims which may arise from injuries, losses, and/or damages (including but not limited to consequential damages) sustained by the Passport Holder or any other person participating in or present at any amenity or venue stipulated in the guidebook and participated in pursuant to the Garden Route Golf Passport.

Forty-Two shall not be responsible if any Supplier, unlawfully and with no good cause, refuses admission. Forty-Two will endeavour (where such refusal is unreasonable and/or in breach of contract) to facilitate admission or other genuine offers and/or discount to Passport Holders by the Supplier concerned. Forty-Two will however not be held liable for any loss, damage (including but not limited to consequential damages), expense, or inconvenience suffered in the event of the Supplier refusing to co-operate.

Whilst Forty-Two has made every endeavour to ensure that the information contained in the website is accurate, Forty-Two shall not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or other inconvenience caused as a result of reliance thereupon by the Passport Holder or any other user of the information who does so at his/her own risk.

The Passport Holder indemnifies and holds Forty-Two, its members, directors, employees and agents harmless against any claim of whatsoever nature arising from or consequent to failure of the Supplier to provide access to the attraction or failure to provide the service or any shortcoming in respect thereof.
